Emerald City July 4th Concert – Limited Reserved Seating

*** Due to Governor Abbott’s executive order regarding outdoor events, the July 4th Emerald City concert will be postponed. Please continue to follow The Sound at Cypress Waters for more information on a new date for Emerald City and the latest updates for all events. The Sound will continue following all guidelines put in place by local and state government officials. ***

Join us on July 4th as we welcome Emerald City back to The Sound! Pack your chairs and blankets for a FREE socially-distanced July 4th concert (music only, no fireworks display). This event is free with limited RESERVED social-distanced seating. Guests can reserve seating by clicking on the eventbrite Tickets link. Once all lawn seating areas are reserved, additional seating at picnic tables, restaurant patios, and park furniture are first come, first serve. Overflow seating will be available across the footbridge on the events lawn.

LIMITED RESERVED SEATING: Reserved lawn seating is designated by socially-distanced circles painted on the grass areas. Each seating area can accommodate up to 6 adults with chairs or blankets. Only one ticket needed per reserved circle area. Check-in is between 7:00PM and 8:00PM, any open reserved seating will be released to walk-up guests at 8:00PM. When you arrive, you will redeem your ticket for 6 wristbands that will permit you access to one of the seating areas. Once your ticket is redeemed, you can choose any open painted circle on the lawn.

Free Parking: Free parking is available at The Sound! Look for the parking garages conveniently located on Bleecker St, directly across from The Sound Amphitheater.

Because we have to say it: No handguns, firearms or other weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, outside alcohol, fireworks, glass containers, laser pointers, coolers, professional cameras, video or audio recording equipment, over-sized backpacks, duffels, or luggage. Please.

Inclement Weather Policy: When severe weather conditions exist in close proximity to The Sound, we may choose to delay a performance for an hour or more, before deciding to cancel or proceed. The Sound is an outdoor venue with minimal coverage. Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions dictate, we may have to reschedule an event. Please come prepared should weather conditions change while an event is in progress. Family Friendly: Safety is our top priority. Parents, please always accompany your children as they play and have fun on the lawn, splash fountain, outdoor games and maze activities. We want everyone to be safe and enjoy The Sound!
